If you've installed new graphics or any other files they would be the
culprit. Technically you could remove them, then reapply them a couple
at a time to see what doesn't help. If you've installed the files into
the .dat reinstalling the game may be in your future. I think i've spent
a couple hours before just seeing what patches modify what and what
works with what. Once that's done the program is eutopia, except for
Surtees...

Try running a virus scanner on your track files. My Snetterton install had the
Peacekeeper virus in the zip file, and I got the cancelling race weekend message
also.

Ok... Checklist time.... if you've been adding tracks....  it'll be the
numbers ,(total number of tracks, or track numbers out of order).. check em
in the seasons folder.. (.ini files)
if you've been adding to track graphics.... backup the track
folder and import the original off the cd.... if that works... try adding
the contents of the backed up folder a bit at a time till it doesnt work
again..
if  you've been changing car graphics... same thing , do a back
up , put an original back in and then add upgrades one at a time..
                                                                 I've had
the same problem due to the first two, but not the third... maybe I'm lucky!
hope this helps...jv

How can they be out of order?  If you're running Phoenix, for example, what
difference does it make if it's the 20th race or 25th?

Hmm... I've had the same thing happen on my servers.  It's only about 7 or 8
tracks, though(all conversions).  The rest work fine...<shrug>

Sorry Eldred ...  I was trying to say that   if the individual tracks are
numbered out of order..
ie by just adding tracks and not altering the event
no's  so they run concurrently  you may get problems with  replay anyliser
etc....  I seem to remember that this didn't stop the game loading the track
however...  hehe.....  I ended up with a whole load of these tracks in twice
, and they still loaded.!!

                                                     jv...       :-))
