Has anyone found a way around using a CD-Rom while in the Multiplayer
Menu for Nascar 2?

Ray,

Sure can. Get a program such as fakecd. Copy the cd to your hard disk
and map the directory with fakecd to a drive, say f: Then Nascar2 will
think
you have a CD F: with Nascar2 in it.

Note: I use this not for copy protection violation but in order to save
flipping
CD's back and forth.
