It would probably be easier to ask which one's don't...
To start off, the Kenwood 72x is ok IF you install the latest firmware.
However, if there is a DVD drive (in my case, Pioneer DVD-113) or CDRW drive
(in my case, HP 9200 SCSI) also installed, you may have trouble.
I did. I had to remove the DVD AND the CDRW and put them in my server
instead.
It's sad, and this should not be an issue :(
The honest get inconvenienced terribly, and the pirates party on...

It also seems that people are having problems with DVD drives.

It doesn't work with my Panasonic 48 speed drive either, though every
other piece of software i own works faultlessly with it, so i won't be
changing it to compensate for N4's faulty system.
I will just have to keep running the no-cd crack on my legal software
to enjoy it, even though i can't use it on-line like i should be able
to do.
Cheers,
Ron
I have two Panasonic drives in my machine, so this worries me a bit. I have
a DVD ROM, and a CD Writer. Hopefully something will be sorted before the
UK release in a few weeks.
Does the problem only occur when you try to run the game, or does it not
like installing on some drives?
HP 9100 ide cdrw and it installed and runs fine....

They're claiming a 99.9% compatibilty with all drives on the market,
and I can tell you just from the number of people reporting problems
here that number is way off. I'd be hesitant to say the percentage is
much over 90.
The real kicker is that people are saying they are able to copy the
disc with CloneCD, which means this is all for nothing.
I'm not trying to take this out on you, because you're a good,
longtime RAS dude and this probably wasn't your decision, but I won't
be buying any more Sierra or Papyrus games that use SecuROM.
The warez is readily available, and legit purchasers like me are
getting screwed. It's really bad.
