What is the problem with the logitech red wheel and Windows XP. I can not
get mine to work. It works but the FF is all messed up. Can I install the
win 98 drivers?

I have the original LWFF and am using the latest win2k drivers. I had to add
/NOUI to the profiler shortcut so it loads to the tray like in winME/98.
Other than that it works fine as long as you start your game from the
profiler, otherwise the axis don't seperate most of the time.

Are you saying you have Windows XP and it works fine? Mine works too but the
force feedback is all messed up.

LWFF GP USB?

IIRC, I couldn't get the wheel drivers to install properly in RC1 (no FF
settings in Control Panel) but GPL sees/configures the wheel properly
(except no split-axis).  I haven't checked in RC2 yet.

YES everything works fine and forces are the same, I did find a problem in
GPL and N4 with the FF initially. I had some spiking of one force but after
turning the forces down to 100 the forces all felt fine again, although a
little weak, but that's just the LWFF.
