How to run NASCAR in win95?

I'd like to run NASCAR in a shell (full screen ,but without having to
boot to DOS). But when I try this NASCAR.EXE says not enough conventional
memory and aborts. The memory figure that is on the screen is 400k something.
Yet, when I type mem in the same window it shows over 600k free. I can run
ICR2 with no problems. If I reboot to DOS NASCAR runs fine.

Is there a fix so that NASCAR sees the correct amount of memory? Seems
whatever code NASCAR uses to read available memory is not giving the correct
answer.

Although a few people have had success at running NASCAR 1.x under Win
95, we do not support it.  the problems are too complex to get into
here.  However, the botom line is that you should bot to DOS.
