Does anyone know what network port GPL uses for its tcp/ip multiplayer
games. Also Is there a way of changing it.
 Im trying to UDP map it for wingate

By default, a GPL server will listen for UDP connections on port 32766,
though it opens a new socket with a host-assigned port number over which it
actually communicates with the client (this may hamper what you're trying
to do).
You can change the listening port number by placing a file named core.ini
in the same directory as gpl.exe that contains these two lines...

[ Communications ]
net_server_port = <whatever>

Or, you can define a service in the services file (c:\windows\services,
generally) as such...

papy_mpy_ip            <whatever>/udp           # Papyrus multiplayer games
