Hi

Is there any way that you can launch f12001 and fraps from the one
shortcut.

Since F1 2001 has it's own framecounter, cntl f why use fraps???

Fraps isn't necessary if you have F12001 patched. Just hit control-f.

If you have the official patch (www.easportsf1.com), CTRL-F shows you your
framerate. I had also heard that FRAPS interferes with the performance of
the patched game (suspicious behaviour on the part of EA I know, but that's
the scoop...)

That patch makes a big difference!!! I'm very happy with this SIM after the
patch. Been a while since I've had a bunch of tracks to learn besides those
created for that undieing SIM GPL.

You can create a batch file. Put

c:\games\f1_2001\f1_2001.exe
c:\util\fraps.exe

in a file called f12001.bat

Why not just use the in-game frame counter? Hit Ctrl+F, and you'll
see your framerate.
