The Jasper setups are really supposed to be for novice drivers. That was
stated on the Sierra Forums by Jasper. I've found them to be "pushy"
everywhere I've tried them....and can't speak for the gearing because I
can't really get the car up to decent lap times/speeds with such a bad push.
I don't know if this applies to NR2003....but the best setups to start out
with in NR2002 were the "intermediate" set....not the "easy" set (which were
also pretty pushy).
