N2003: Jasper setups, is it me??

Just curios as ive noticed that some of the jasper setups such as pocono are
terrible, and would be better using the easy setup... The best thing ive
found with them are the gear ratios, and using those in a <fast> setup.
Which tracks do people find the jasper setups best?

Well, in either the manual or the on-disc Jasper setup guide (I forget
which) they state that they are not optimal and have been changed so they
don't "Give away the Farm".

Which begs the question...  Why bother?

The one for Daytona is TERRIBLE.

I've only briefly tried the WG setup, and while I wouldn't say it's
"terrible", it's certainly "less than optimum" :-)

Luke...

The Jasper setups are really supposed to be for novice drivers.  That was
stated on the Sierra Forums by Jasper.  I've found them to be "pushy"
everywhere I've tried them....and can't speak for the gearing because I
can't really get the car up to decent lap times/speeds with such a bad push.

I don't know if this applies to NR2003....but the best setups to start out
with in NR2002 were the "intermediate" set....not the "easy" set (which were
also pretty pushy).

If anything maybe people from other teams will play the game and tell Jasper
what the need to work on with their setups.
