SCGT and LinkSys Router/Firewall

I have Sports Car GT and successfully set up my SMC Router/Firewall so
I can still play multiplayer games.

I opened ports 2300-2400, 47624, 6073, with 47624 and 6073 set up as
trigger ports, also.

However, my buddy now has a Linksys router/firewall. We tried to enter
the same settings, but to no avail.

Any ideas from Linksys owners, please?
