I have a 486dx4 100mhz with 64mb RAM and a Diamond Stelath 64 Video card
with 2MB. Could I in any way run N2 i DOS or Win95?

Sure you can, but N2 will probably run faster in DOS.

I run on a 486dx4/100, 16mb, 1mb video. I run it in DOS. Took a major
performance hit in Win95. Mine's undriveable in SVGA, but you have a better
video card than I have.
Low res vga maybe.
Not worth it.
