ICR no menu selec on 100Mhz

New to Indycar, I installed on a 486 100Mhz and cannot get the menu
selection to work properly using the keyboard or the Joystick, while
on the P60, no problems.  Are there timing problems I should know
about?

I have a 486DX4/100 and ICR works fine.  Could it be your installation
missed a few files?

Does your machine have a CDROM drive with a proprietery interface?  I
have a Sony drive that came with it....as soon as I unplug the CDRom
interface from the MB, it works fine....
