: I have installed an Intergraph Rendition card on my computer and it seems
: that the graphics on ICR2 are better than N2 as far as the refresh rate
: is concerned. For instance in ICR2 at Michigan the stands stay consistent
: around the whole track; however, at parts of Talladega particularly on
: the front stretch the stands 'pop up' when you approach them. Is this the
: way it is or does N2 have a bug?
I think that at certain tracks in N2 that this is how it is programmed.
I think this was done to help keep the frame rate up with the added
graphics.
: Also, I noticed that the graphics details on the cars aren't much better
: with Rendition and I thought it was supposed to be better. I can simply
: turn on more graphics details without suffering a loss of frame rate.
Unfortunately, Papyrus in their wisdom opted to not include
"anti-aliasing" with the Rendition port of N2. This has been widely
requested, but don't expect to ever see it.
