YES! Won.net web server has been down since noon EST as far as I can tell.
No counterstrike or N4 for me all day.

Its a real hit & miss affair for me from Oz..
Most days i can't even get a race list, though it lets me into the chat
rooms...
My connection is fine, by the way !
When i am lucky enough to get a race list i can usually run warp free
in most races, but getting a race list to even start with would be a
bonus. :)
I can't even run in my N4 league races, simply because the race list on
Sierra.***is so unreliable that i can rarely get into our events that
are hosted on Sierra.Crap..

Mike,

When you post in HTML the message is actually doubled for non-HTML readers,
and all the HTML tags add up to plenty of lines. The message I'm
responding to here claimed to be 101 lines. I turned off the HTML so what
you see is what I sent.

Lately everyone has!! Warps, Hi-Lo pings, poor quailty etc.. Its weird!!

JasonF, I have been online in N4 from 3pm until about 7pm EDT..
Just more warps etc... tho'.. Thom_j.

Go to papy.com N4 forums, you'll see a 88msg thread with people all over
the US having DNS problems today. Eric Busch who bestoed the GPL GHZ fix
also posted the core.ini auth servers in IP form which is a temp fix for
those affected with the DNS problems. It got me back in racing in an
instant.

Would someone ping these two URL for me and post the IP's please

Jason I looked all over and couldnt find Eric's msg. Is this a core.ini
'change or alteration' that can be fixed? Ur help will be appreciated..

As an aside to this topic, is there any way to connect to just *one* of
the servers? When I connect with N3, I usually get east, west and
central. It would be nice to do some traceroutes and pings before hand
to determine which is more stable, then just connect to that server.
Possible?
