Upgrade with PDPI L4 for GPL and N4

With PDPI L4 ISA and an Abit KT7A v1.3 for ISA slot,
running only GPL and N4.

For a processor, Athlon XP1600+ or T-Bird 1.4 ?

For a video card, GF2 Ultra or GF3 (for FSAA) ?  
Will a GF3 be bottlenecked by the KT7A ?

Other options,
PDPI/KT7A/PC133 combo vs. Audigy gameport/KG7/DDR ?

If only the PDPI had survived for a PCI or USB version <sigh>.
