Can anybody give me any low cost cards which F1 will accept ?

Will It work with S3 Virge 3D
                       Or Diamond 3D 2000 ?

As the game can be run using Direct 3D it should work with these

Both of these cards, while being fine 2d performers, are commonly refered
to as 3D Graphics Decceleraters.  The Virge chip just isn't a capapble 3D
solution.

It wont work with any of these cards as they have no Direct 3D
support. F1 Supports:   3dfx, Rendition, and Direct3d.
