For those of you running GPLSL (GPL Server Locator), I have updated the
Monitor.  It now runs in the system tray, and informs you by playing a wave
file when a new race has been hosted.

PS: please try to remember the program is in it's early stages and anyone
that uses it becomes a tester for me.  So I appreciate any feedback that I
get from you.
