a while ago one of these guys crashed me out. I followed him, nudged him
into the armco, and I didn't let him escape. After 5 minutes he left the
server. The others were able to finish their race undisturbed.
Maybe this would be a way to discourage such activities to some extent.

Good idea. That is one thing that will***them off. They just get a chubby
from abuse.
I've not used the !eject command, what's its format?
is it:

There was no way to eject a player from a server. Any boss may
now remove a player using the "!eject" command. The command
should be entered as a chat message. The format of the command
is "!eject player", where player can either be the "#" symbol
along with the player's car number, or the players name.
For example,
"!eject #12"

"!eject f.smith"
"!eject fred.smith"
