I've seen details of a registry hack that's
supposed to fix the the
force feedback pulling left problem at
www.alpha1.com/gp3/ in the tips section.

I was wondering if anyone has tried this yet, and
if it works,
is there any problems it causes in GP3 or any
other game or
sims, i.e. GPL, Nascar 3 etc.

Also is it possible to add a duplicate entry for
the MSFF in game controllers,
and do the hack to this entry just for GP3.

Mark,

I edited the registry manually to remove the RAW FORCE entry, and GP3 FF
now works wonderfully.  GPL FF seems to still work fine without this
registry entry.  I don't have any other sims, so can't comment further!

I did it and it fixed GP3
GPL, Viper, SGGT all work fine afterwards.

Works great here too!
However, I did not delete, but renamed the entry in case anyone (any
app) needs it.

When I searched my registry, I saw entries for the buttons of the wheel
(\...Saitek R4 Force Wheel\Buttons).
Does anybody know if it is possible to change the assignment of the buttons,
so that the paddles of the Saitek-wheel are recognized as button 1 and 2?
