When I turn force feedback on, the acceration of the car is very sluggish,
it hardly moves! When I turn force feedback off, it works great, I have a
msff wheel and the wheel has no problems in nascar 3! Help!!!

Try recalibrating using a seperate axis design with the two calib option in
gpl.  Thats how I have my Ms Force wheel set up and it works great!
