Hi Jim, thanks for the post.
Your's was the post I was refering to. Problem in Australia is that MS don't
support thier hardware, only software, so I can return it to be repaired
from the store I purchased it from (they won't do a replacement the
bastards) and now I've gone and broken the warranty validity by taking it
apart.
Gonna check up on a few spring manufactureres and also look into making
special brackets for the pedals using soft metal. For the time being I've
swapped the springs over, as I don't really need the tension on hte
accelerator as much as I need the brakes.
