When will you have the rules out for NRO even in draft form.
Based on the REGISTERED MAIL letters you have sent the IVGA, We know
that there are things that people are being done on the INTERNET now
on NASCAR 2 WEB Pages and RAS NEWSGROUP that will make people
ineligble to race in NRO.
I know what you can do and not do.. I found out the hard way.
But as agreed I cant tell these people and someone needs too.
Could you let us know the rules, ASAP..
