Thrustmaster is the KING of support

Earlier I reported a problem with my Formula T1 and was given the
advise to contact Thrustmaster and request a Tune-up kit.

I sent a e-mail message to Thrustmaster technical support and
requested a tune-up kit and a retaining bolt for the steering wheel (I
lost the previous one when I moved.)

Today I received my package from Thrustmaster.  Not only did I receive
the Tune-up kit, I received all new suction cups, some sort of
joystick interface, new velcro, Thrustmaster stickers,Brake and
Throttle stickrs, the retaining bolt, and a allen wrench to tighten it
with!

Now that is knock your socks off customer service!!!

It's a good thing that they have goood good customer support, considering that
their product quality is questionable. I work in a computer store where we
have had 4 Thrustmaster f-16's returned in the las two months. While we
haven't had any returns on CH products.
