Does Thrustmaster read their Tech Support email box? I have emailed
them about 2 times about my broken spring on my T2, should I just call
their no. to get a real human to answer?

If you don't have luck with the E-mail address, just give them a call.
I have had great turn-arounds via the phone route.
One other note, if you put something under your pedals to shorten the
travel, your springs last much better. After regular failures with my
T2, I added a 1X4 under the pedals, and no problems since. Good luck.
I had the same problem e-mailing them before, they seem to have
a poorly working e-mail system for their support e-mail address on their
web page. I too thought that they were ignoring my mail.
I had much better results sending e-mail to that address, the
Thrustmaster customer support has been terrific, and that e-mail
address actually gets to them.
Hope that helps.

I too suffered a broken spring [right in the middle of a LFRS race :(].
I emailed them twice, got no answer, thought they were ignoring me, so I
sent a third, more formal mail. They replied days later saying they
would send me a set of springs.
They sent me six springs, across to the UK, totally free of charge!!
I'm not saying write a formal letter, just that they sometimes miss
emails, so keep trying!

Yes, you have to call them. They rarely ever check their e-mail (or they
do but just don't respond.)
