Sounds pretty good to me. Either video card would be pretty good, but
the DDR Radeon is faster than the GTS Geforce. Not that I have either,
but that's what the reviewers say :)
Main thing I would question is what mobo they are offering. Definitely
the most vital component to get right!!! Go for an MSI, Iwill or Asus
board IMO, maybe the Abit as well (although I've had troubles with
them). Steer well clear of any no name brands.
For the HDD, make certain you get a 7200rpm drive, the IBM 75GXP
drives are the best. They're the same price as a 5400rpm, but a LOT
faster :)
Don't know any Pommie sites, but the best place to go to is the
buyer's guide at Anandtech
http://www.anandtech.com/guides/showdoc.html?i=1496&p=4
They have links to all the cheapest US sites, as well as collating all
the latest prices. I would definitely steer clear of any mobo's not
listed at Anandtech, as you will almost certainly have troubles with
them.
