I have read on here a fwe times about siome of the road \ street tracks from
ICR2 being available for GPL. Anyone have any idea where they can be found
or is this just a myth.

Well they were illegally available for a couple of hours, shut down. There
was also a project by another group who created all those tracks a year ago.
They were all done, but unfortunately reasons (laziness, not caring, other
projects) made them go in the shelves without being finished. The only
thing left was some TRK adjustments and the installation program. So
unfortunate. Soon you will have them, not saying when, but soon ;)
