Converting ICR2 tracks to GPL?

I know this won't be anything new, but I was wondering
if anybody is thinking of converting ICR2 or N2 tracks
to GPL.
I would like to hear from people in the know if this
is possible or are the track models just too different
between these sims.

P.S. Hats off to Papyrus guys for the physics model in GPL.
Looking forward to ICR3.
