Logitech FF Pedal Ramblings

So I've got the new Logitech wheel with the firmer pedals and it's OK but
not great. The brake pedal is the real culprit because  you'd like to keep
your left foot on it but if you rest it, it starts to apply stopping power.
So I was thinking.  Why don't pedals come with an adjustable height base so
you could raise them higher for a more horizontal driving position and  If
the pedal plate was more vertical - like a car and had a place to rest your
heel it would be perfect.  I've never tried rudder pedals so maybe this is
exactly what I'm describing.  Maybe it's time to head to the hardware
store....

The CH pedals I used were a little bit more vertical, then I made a wooden
support to hold them nearly vertical. I then had the problem of my chair rolling
backward under heavy braking(had a shock bump *** behind brake for a harder
pedal) so I put the chair on a carpet and that helped a little. I now have
custom pedals just like a real formula car and mounted quick release ***
stops on my chair to keep it from moving while playing. I think the problem of
the chair moving is why the LWFF pedals are so horizontal.
