When I run the F1Config.exe, I get ALWAYS

  Object Detail Level: Full
  Texture Detail Level: Minimum

It doesn't matter, if I use 640x480 16bits or 1600x1200 32bits!

How can it be like that?

(my system: ADM 1.13GHg, GF2 GTS with 12.90)

It shouldn't be like that.  I know that whenever I got to 16 bit I get
high/high.  When I try 32 bit it goes to medium/high.  But all and all it
doesn't matter, I suppose.  You can still use whatever detail level you
wish.
