Whenever I set the controller to split axis in XP, F12001 detects my
accelerator as S0 axis??  It seems to work fine but of course I can't adjust
the sensitivity since theres no S0 axis setting available in the game.  The
brake axis is detected as RZ which is fine.

Hmm...it seems 4.11c drivers fix the problem - happens on momos too.
