Even with this, mine wasn't working (USB not working on the wheel, it
seems), so I just bought a Momo Force. Too bad I pay for more Logitech stuff
when they are not even supporting their older stuff... But Momo Force was
the best for me.
I didn't have any problems getting my LWFF wheel to work in XP. In
fact I didn't even install the Logitech drivers right away. This is
using a USB connect, and with the pedals that shipped with the unit.

Well I had to install the Logi drivers to get the LWFF control panel.
Otherwise I couldn't use it in XP. However, it's working fine with no
FFB frame rate problems, nothing. Working great.
I think that USB on older MBs is not so good. I upgraded recently and
all my USB stuff works great now.
