Viper Racing sound problem

I have a sound stuttering problem with Viper and my SB Live value. I
have GLP and Nascar1999 also and there are no problems with them. Any
suggestions?

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I had the same problem with my
Turtle Beach Montego II.  It was due to the fact that I had "Game Compatible
Device" selected instead of the TBS Montego II Playback" as the Playback
Device in the Multimedia control panel.

Although I already have the Live selected as the playback device in
Multimedia, thanks for the reply. It caused me to go poking around in
the advanced properties and I found the hardware acceleration turned
down to none. After sliding it back to Full the stuttering has been
eliminated. Thanks
