Does the pedal base support split axis?

Yes, but it's done in the MS software, not a switch on the hardware.  I don't
have one myself, but have seen  one set up.

Yes. I own this wheel. Split pedals work great in GPL.

Sorry if I am missing the obvious but how do I enable split axis?
GPL sees it only as a single axis  :(

Is the CART racing included the 1.1 version or should I download the
patch?
TIA

Paul, got to the setting tab in the MS Wheel control panel. UN-check
the link axis box (or similar). Go to GPL and recalibrate, it should
give you full throw on 2 separate axis now.

Paul

You need to setup a profile with the Pedal set as "Separate". This is
located on the "Settings" page 2nd page) of the MS Sidewinder Profile
Editor. To do this, start a new profile and immediately go to the "Settings"
page. Don't do anything on the 1st page. Set the pedals to separate and then
save the profile as "GPL" or whatever. Now go into GPL and calibrate the
wheel and pedals. Make sure this profile is active when you race in GPL.
That's it!

OK I give up  :(
I really cant see this checkbox!
I have only one checkbox in the wheel control panel and that is for "Map
forces from Y axis to X axis" that doesn't seem to work.
This checkbox is under the settings tab. Is there some new version of
the software what I dont know about? I am using 3.02 now!
Please help..

Phew thanks Doug.
It's just that my reseller was advertising it as version 1.0 and had it a little
bit cheaper.
Then I thought that I had bought a lemon that was superseded already  :)
