NASCAR replay idea

I had a good idea for a program/feature for NASCAR replays, actually the
idea would apply to any of the sims, however, I really don't have any
programming ablity.  The idea deals with the saving and analyzing
replay files.
Anyone with some programming ability, and time to try out my idea, please
email me, and I fill in the details.
