3D PCMCIA?

3D PCMCIA?

OK, it's a shot in the dark, but is there any proposed
3D acceleration for laptops (maybe via the PCMCIA slot?).
Just because some of us use a notebook as a desktop
replacement doesn't mean we don't like playing sims.

You should start to see 3D acceleration on Notebooks soon.  I have seen one
that is currently shipping but for the life of me I cannot remember where I
saw it or what 3D chipset it uses.  We can sure keep our fingers crossed
though :)  It will not be implemented through the PCMCIA bus though, it will
be on the Motherboard.
