I wonder if NASCAR will penalize him. If so I really can't see how it
will make things better other than taking it away from Earnhardt.

I actually LIKE Earnhardt, but I saw this one coming. When Terry passed him, I
had a feeling DE wouldn't take it lying down. Yes, I heard the boos. It was a
big difference from the CHEERS when Dale originally got the lead. So
obviously, even the DE fans felt it was a cheap shot(including me)
Of course, if it wasn't for DW, Terry wouldn't have be in that position in the
FIRST place...
