[ Joy ]
allow_force_feedback = 1         ; Use FF if device has it
force_feedback_damping = 0,00000 ; force feedback damping coefficient
force_feedback_latency = 0.00000 ; force feedback latency (secs)
max_steering_torque = 150.000000 ; steering torque in N*in giving max device
force

Hope, it helps,
Rolf

You need some damping as it also controls the crash/impact type effects,
they really should have used a seperate value for this.

You should also set the "return to centre tension" value in the control
panel to off.
I set the force feedback level to high and adjust the steering weight by
tweaking
max_steering_torque in the .ini file, higher values equate to less torque at
the wheel.

I assume the default value is a typical maximum computed force by the
physics model
as papyrus would/should know what this is.

Altering latency seems to make very little difference so I set it to 0.
