Paul Tomlinson, from http://www.racesimcentral.net/, let me know that
http://www.racesimcentral.net/ have posted 4 new screenshots of Grand Prix 3 and
are promising a special on the game later today!

They claim they're hardware accelerated shots, but only the 1st and 4th shot
look like they're accelerated shots, although I could be wrong of course.
You can find them at

this question just came to my mind: does GP3 come with monaco only? or
has anybody seen another track on one of all the screenshots so far? ;-)

I've seen some shots of the game in the issue of PCgamer, that were clearly
NOT Monaco. I'm not sure what track it is, I think Imola. Looks nice, not
spectacular, scenery-wise. But it's hard to judge from a screenshot.

Umm, there's a lot more than 4 screenshots there!  Click on the link to page
2 at the bottom.

Looks hardware accelerated to me.  That is to say the textures are all
anti-aliased, and there's a helluva lot more than 256 colors.  Check out the
smoke!  It all looks much nicer than the first screenshots we saw.

Those screen shots were of the software rendered version only...

Correct
The renderer doesn't influence how many trees there are and how other
scenery stuff is built. It resembles GP2 very much. If the only thing
that's changed the renderer is,.... well..... I guess there are other
things as well.

Well, if I post a link straight to the screenshots, it won't work.  Just go
to www.gamesmania.de and click on the GP3 story, and then click on the link
at the bottom.

They are accelerated but the shadows under the car isn't. Guess they have to work on that yet?

Hubba hubba....!!!!!

Looks like we're on the last stretch.....

Hardware/software who cares...?

Think these look rinky-dinky and as for the detail on the Jordan....

Er.....

***y hell....

Looks like I'm going to have to kiss my PII 400 (don't laugh) goodbye.

Anybody want a slightly overused antique...?

Slightly bashed (GPL pops my hood..!!)

Going for a song...

Wonder if the missus will notice a 1500 discrepancy in our account.

idav.

Excellent find!  I read Crammond say that it would be ready in March.  I
don't see anything at EB about it...

Is it me, or do all the images show the wheels/tires going straight ahead
- even when the steering wheel is turned?  :/
