Want to learn about wheel advanced settings in racing games...Where?

WOW!  I just discovered this newsgroup and there is tons of great stuff
here.  Anyway, I play a lot of racing titles and often my experience/fun is
spoiled by my inability to properly configure the wheel (Logitech Wingman F1
Force Feedback).  I can certainly configure the basics under *** Devices
but when it comes to tweaking more tricky settings such as "Dead Zone"
"Sensitivity" or "Saturation Zone", I am not quite sure what they mean?

For example, last night I was playing TOCA Race driver and I found that the
steeering was TOO responsive:  I would turn my wheel left or right and the
car seems to react too quicky creating unwanted spins or contacts with other
cars.  At the end of the day, for most games, I would like to setup the
wheel so that it feels like a regular car`s steering wheel but most of the
times, the game settings give me a wheel that is too...loose (for a lack of
a better way to describe it)...

Are there good WEB sites that explain what these advanced settings mean
(either generally or for specific games) and how to tweak them to get a
better "feel" during gameplay?

Andre
By the way what is:  Life for Speed??? Never heard of this game!

Stuff I like to race:
GP4
NR2003
Good ol`Viper Racing
GT Sports Racing
TOCA Race Driver
etc...

<grin> Hey Andre, try Grand Prix Legends. I'm sure TOCA will feel pretty
darn smooth after that   ;)
