Just completed a reinstall.

Updated to 1.2 - new d3d patch etc.

GPL will not recognise my player files.

Anyone know why?

make sure you put them in "/players/Swindells__Rob/"

But replace Swindells__Rob with your name, 'cos Rob Swindells is my name and
you can't have it :P

Try unchecking all file properties in your player files eg archive ,
read-only etc. Luc

If you reinstall from scratch you cannot just copy across files to the
players folder. I remember trying this and I think I needed to go into GPL
and create the player name again. Then quit GPL and the named folder will be
in your players folder.. now you can copy the files across to the folder
that GPL created.

Yup thats what I found out a few years ago too Lol Speed!!.Lol :-)
