F1C player file?

Guys,

I never got F12K, but went straight to F1C, so I don't know what to change
in my player file.

What are the important bits?

I'm currently running an AMD 2400, with 256Kb memory and a GF2 32Mb, and I'm
getting just under 40fps, so any low speed optimisations would be nice, too.

Also, what frame rate improvement would you expect if I slapped a GF FX
128Mb in?
