Hi,
yes sorry I didn't try the MS FF wheel myself
so I can't say 'I omit it'. It looks like a good wheel
too if you are glad with it. Let's not trust those reviews
too much.
I just read all the reviews and the status was
5/5 = Digital Design non FF or Act-Labs
4/5 = Logitech Wingman Formula Force
3/5 = MS FF, .........
or 4/5 for MS FF in other reviews.
and the Thrustmaster wheel seems to have
more "problems" messages than before with non FF games
such as GPL...
I just bought the Wingman and it's perfect for me.
The first time that it is tied robustly to the table and
I can change it easily from one table to another
(which I do every week-end). I think it's the model
that will fit the more tables (the Thrustmaster had to
long 'attaches' under the table for my main PC place).
All is perfect and the spring problem: "too light" is also
present in the European version which in fact an
"International version". I won't buy stronger springs
as I love to play with socks ;) and I prefer that than
having to wear shoes to play (yes, I'm cool at home).
And all the rest in the reviews is right too.
You won't go wrong with this wheel IMHO.
Fred.
