Gasp! An actual update of GPLA+! Version 0.10 is now available at:
http://www.racesimcentral.net/
1) What's new?
* GPLA+ is now released under the GNU General Protection License (at
last - a GPL program for GPL!);
* Location and loading of gpl.exe and player.ini file;
* Auto-backup of player.ini;
* Auto-save of player.ini when launching GPL from within GPLA+.
2) What isn't new?
* "Look but don't touch" - you can't yet actually *change* any
settings. Which makes it fairly useless. All in good time, though, all
in good time....
3) What is GPLA+?
* GPLA+ stands for "GPL Assistant Plus". It's a small frontend for GPL
that allows you to set various graphical and gameplay options without
having to muck about in GPL's own, somewhat cumbersome, menus.
* GPLA+ is *not* intended as an all-singing, all-dancing, do-everything
program. If that's what you want, then GEM+ already looks very
impressive indeed, even though it's still in beta. GPLA+ is a small
program, for quick and simple use. Basically, I'm writing it primarily
for my own amu***t, but don't see why I shouldn't make it freely
available.
4) Where do I get GPLA+?
http://www.racesimcentral.net/ - I just told you that, idiot!
