I get the same thing once in a while and I also use a T2. If I back
out and reboot the computer, it appears to go away MOST of the time.
It may also have to do with the person  your racing ( or your ) ping
being on the high side..

I also have gotten this to go away by recalibrating the joystick
setting in Win 95.

Good luck, hope this helps

Hello all, about your jerking prob in Kali.
It's the latency(ping) that is causing the prob. To get a smooth race it's
got to be
really good(low). I have the same prob about 75% of the time.

After N2 patch, T2 erratic on Kali

I had no problem with car suddenly jumping to the right on Kali before the
patch but since i have the patch the car is suddenly jumping to the right
badily. Both on the straightaways and in the turns.I have noticed though it
is manily toward the end of the straights right before you start your turn
left for the turns and in the turns from about middle away out if this
means anything I don't know.I am not ***ing and cring like alot of people
on here have been since last year wanting a patch i kept quiet about it and
sure enough we got the patch.I also have full confidance in Sierra and
Papyrus that they will fix this problem aswell. But maybe some need to take
a chill people and wait until it is fixed.Because if I was the head man at
Papyrus I would make us wait because of all the bashing Papyrus has had to
take from some people on here>I would also probably go out of business for
that aswell LOL!!!!!!!!

After N2 patch, T2 erratic on Kali

I have had it happen to me with my T1.  The only places I have tried since
the patch are The Rock and Dega.  At The Rock it wasn't that noticeable.
It did it to me at Dega, but only a few times, then it started acting
right.  I just moved over to the middle lane at Dega till it quit, then
moved back over.

It may just be me, but I noticed a difference in the speed of the drivers
at Dega.  Before the patch, I had the Sim at 100%, and the RELS line at 108
just to keep the AI competive.  Now they leave me by about .5 seconds per
lap.  Anyone else notice this?

And to you " it's the ping latency " people out there....  The car jerks to
the right during offline racing.  So, no ping involved there.

As to the patch...  Thanks Papy/Sierra for the save feature.

After N2 patch, T2 erratic on Kali

I'm picking up the sane twitch as everyone else seems to be doing, and
my experience involves all offline racing.
Prior to the patch, I never ran in Win 95 because for some reason the
throttle wouldn't kick in all the way (As in topping out at 188.xxx lap
times as Dega), so I'd been running in DOS. After getting the patch, I
tried Win 95 again and got the twitch (Even though lap times returned to
normal), so I returned to DOS and have yet to have the problem running
the game from there. Anyone else try this?
