Pros and Cons of using T2 adaptor?

by Eva » Tue, 06 Aug 1996 04:00:00

All things being equal, is it better to use both ports for
the T2 (rather than using the adaptor)?  I'm currently using the
adaptor, and it appears to work just fine...will it work any better
somehow if I take the adaptor off?  Any advice appreciated, please
e-mail if it's no trouble.  Thanks!

I have not noticed any difference in performance/handling by using only
one physical AND one logical port (both the pedals and the wheel is
connected to one physical port and they both use Joy A as one single
logical port - all adaptors and converters used). However, if this is the
case, why have Thrustmaster made the T2 to connect to TWO joy ports
instead of one? There must've been a reason for that!...
