Are WOW!

When I started my page last year, I thought the game would be good,
but not this good. Reminds of the first time I played Grand Prix/World
Circuit on the Amiga.

The menus are beautiful,
It runs great 800x600 on my lowly P166MMX (O/c to 188, 32mb Ram,
Righteous)
The Nurburgring is listed on the track records screen!
I've crashed more times than I care to mention, but I don't care.
The arms work well.
Its going to be a long night!

Thanks David Kaemmer! (and Mike L and the rest of the Papy boys too -
you can be rightly proud...

I'll have to second that opinion. I only "jumped in" for a bit (My wheel is
not connected) but what I saw was great. It took me about half a lap to end
up on my head sliding down the course...and yes sparks were flying off my
head rest. Now that was cool. Personally, I think the arms are a nice touch.
I also found out that you can get stuck on top of scenery...I ended up
perched on a hail bail. I also found myself just staring at the suspension
as it responded to gear changes, bumps, etc. The power slides are a blast.

I was pretty ho hum abou the game. I'm more of a Nascar/Indycar type of race
fan but this goes beyond what kind of racing you enjoy watching. Oh and I am
now psyched about Nascar 3...if they use this engine for it...wow.

Wow, THAT good?! I remember that very well, especially as I still play
F1GP on my Amiga...
