I am wondering if Papyrus or Sierra are planning on doing a network in
which we could call in and race against 30 or so human opponents.  I've
gotten a strategy guide for Nascar Racing and it devotes one whole chapter
to this. I understand some people may be testing this out right now, but
I'm unable to find out any info on it from either Papyrus or Sierra.

Any information on this would be appreciated.  I would prefer an e-mail
but I will check back here periodically.

I am also interested in this concept.  If something is being worked on,
please let me know as well.  Racing against a few human opponents would
be great.

Yes, something IS being worked on. At this time I can't tell you any more
than that. It is still in Beta right now, but I should tell you that after
April 1, our non-disclosure agreements expire and we can talk about what
happens on April 1 until it goes full public.

I wonder also...it's been over a year now since Papyrus announced that
they were going to have a network.... Hello....kinda reminds me of
Win94 or 95 or which was it..????  Let's get with it Papyrus or Sierra
we need to turn some virtual laps ..... please......oh please...let

EVERYTHING!!! How good/bad was the connects. General format of the service
and how the races are set-up. If they will have a race series where drivers
can form leagues and race against one another in races with realism settings
they decide upon.(hehe thats the one I wanna know about!) blah, blah,
blah....

In other words, TELL US EVERYTHING YOU KNOW!!!! Don't make me have to hurt
you dude! :)

According to Papyrus we still don't know anything yet. Maybe they're
waiting to find a way to integrate it into Sierra's Imagination. We all
know how well THAT worked for multiplayer ***<g>.
