Hawaii is still under development. I think we ran into more playability
issues than expected and it has taken us longer than expected to work them
out (having 32 human drivers in a race isn't even close to the same
experience as having 2 human drivers and 30 AI cars). I don't believe we
have a publically announced date for its release, but I know they're still
working on it...
