I am looking at buying the CH pedals and a dual game port and plugging
that  and my TM GP1 wheel, Is this possible to do,  I know that GPL
has a 3rd axis  ,  but doers it work with other  racing games/ sims?

has anyone done this?

Wots the Ch pedals worth in Australia???

You don't need a dual gameport to use the CH pedals and GP1 together.  The
pedals have a "Y" cable that plugs into the wheel and the gameport.  The combo
works great for GPL, and lets you use one of the GP1's paddles as an analog
clutch.  The pot values are quite different between the TM and CH pots, though,
and some games have trouble with that.  F1RS never would recognize both, but
most other games seemed fine.

The combo works great.  I have the original GP1, which requires a converter
to work correctly, which is a pain, but no problems in most games.

Cart Precision Racing is the only game that would't work right and since it
sucked, it isn't a problem any longer....

Check here.  Not sure if there are other sites or not but this is
the homepage
http://www.chproducts.com/pcgear/index.html

I have the pedals and they are ok.  I've allways had trouble
determing just how much travel I have left tho.  The pedals rotational
point is 1/2 way from heel to toe (toe goes down while heel comes up)
which is kinda odd IMO.  I've had mine for about 2.5 years tho and no
problems to speak of.

You won't be disappointed.  Put those CH Pedals with an EXL 500 wheel, and
you have the best plastic wheel on the market.  Buy the normal CH pedals, no
need to get the Pro (those ones are more for Air sims).  Their Tech support
is great also 8)

And since you seem to live in Qubec, you can find them at "Crazy Irving" PC
stores Im about sure.

Some guys turn the pedals around 180 degrees, prop the back up a little,
reconfigure which is gas and brake, and then have a more "carlike" pedal
travel.
