the game won't let me configure controls any idea?  Have to restart or
control-alt-delete to get out of it

if you mean controls 'i.e. jostick etc? did you make sure you have
everything set in your control panel under game controllers? this
must be correct. sbk runs off the control panel's joystick setup.

The only thing it won't let me do is to configure the hat on a microsoft
precision pro, all the others are easy but you do need to make sure you have
the game controllers set in control panel.
