EA Superbikes on a 200MHz

Hello!

Has anyone played EA's Superbikes on a 200MHz computer? (Yeah, I know...upgrade
time!!!:-)

I have a 200MHz MMX, 64 meg of RAM, and a 6 meg Voodoo Rush card (which is out
the door real soon)

I was wondering what the frame rate was like with some of the graphics turned
off (such as grass/asphalt textrue...if possible).

Thanks!

Well you could get the demo (or gasp) the pirated version and find
out.  I would *imagine* that you'd be okay, with the voodoo card.  I
just have plain SVGA card on Celeron333 and find it pretty fast
limited to 15 other riders (except, for some reason, in replay).  I
have all the graphics options turned on.  If I overclock to 450, I
can run with about 30 other riders, but it can get a bit choppy.

You should be ok. This game is fairly forgiving on lower end systems, regarding
frame rates, unlike GPL! :)
I suspect it would be quite playable for you.

Yeah, I was playing it on my P200 MMX with 32 megs of ram, and an old Monster
3d card.  Itruns REALLY well as long as you set the graphics to medium

If you turn the graphics down a few notches and dont expect to be at the
back of the field of 30 bikes too often it runs well on my p200 with orchid
voodoo1. If you do want to run a full field you need to turn the rider and
bike detail down as far as it goes :(
